From a first time blogger, thoughts about life from an American missionary now living in the US after years in Russia and doing a lot of back and forth. Family stuff, Christian content, sports innuendo and lots of quotes from good books.
My dear wife, who hates wasting time in any way at all, has found joy in this little goodie. She keeps it open on her desk top and refers to it a few times a day. It is that good.

I'm a 6-7 red head who wanted to play for the Celtics during the Bird Era. When the 1992 NBA Draft failed to call my name (such a shock), I moved to Venezuela as a missionary. The Carribean was apparently too warm for me so I moved to Siberia instead. As of August 15 of 2004, I'm trying to figure out how to live in America again. So far, so good...
